Tzvi's first trip to the USA

Shortly before Tzvi hit the 6 month mark we embarked on our first trip to the US as a family. Our first stop was Memphis, TN where Tzvi got some quality time with the whole Lubin/Radin clan and his great-grandmohter Softa. His first cousin Orli and Aunt Tanya and Uncle Chaim were nice enough to fly in from Chicago so we could play with them too. In addition to seeing family, Tzvi got to experience Fall.

During a quick stop in New York, Tzvi got to meet his second cousins Max and Abe Rosenschein. Abe is exactly one month younger than Tzvi. The next stop was Harrisburg, PA to see Savta Rosenschein and other relatives. We also took a quick side trip to Washington, DC to see friends and the newest member of the Lubin family - Eli Zvi Shoval. Uncle Dov came to Harrisburg from Boston to spend Shabbat with us.

At the tail end of our trip we headed to Scranton, PA to see Uncle Alan, Aunt Laurel and Ama. On the way from Scranton to JFK we hit horrible traffic and missed our flight home. Thankfully, we have good friends in NY who let us stay with them overnight and we caught the same flight the next day.

While we were gone, Tzvi kept growing. He got even better at sitting up. He took advantage of all the wall-to-wall carpeting to start learning how to crawl. His great-grandmother taught him how to clap his hands (play 'patchie-patchie').

You can see all this and more in the pictures.
